* Excellent communication, analytical and interfacing skills.

EXPERIENCED:
* 13-36 months of experience in one of the below processes:
-Transaction Processesing Processes
- Payroll Processesing
- Accounting Process (AP / AR / GL)
* Sound academic profile (10th , 12th & Graduation above 55%+)
*Good Communication Skills with sound knowledge of MS Excel
*Willingness to learn & to contribute to the organization
*Open for 24*7 working environment

* Effectively answer inbound / outbound telephone calls from clients and provide client support through the use of an online knowledge base and benefits administration system / information system.
* Document calls and issues in case management tools.
* Good decision maker.
* Willing to work in different time zones.
