RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Focus
Provide a professional, prompt and high level of technical support to all problems assigned.
Maintain high level of customer satisfaction.
Understand all Tier II & III procedures and rules of conduct.
Make follow up calls to customers on outstanding issues within 24 hours - ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and confirm problem resolution on all issues.
Escalate customer inquiries to Team Manager and/or Manager as required to ensure problem resolution in a timely manner.
Escalate issues to other departments (such as NOCC, SPO, etc.), when necessary.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS Required:
Expert knowledge of HP Unix.
Should have good knowledge of HP-UX, MC Service guard, N-PAR,V-Par
HP Certification preferred
Good analytical skills
Good communication skill
Should be flexible for working in the 24 X 7 environment.
Education Background can be :
• Minimum Graduate (ANY)
• 10+2+ Diploma
