This is regarding an opening into our US Staffing division (Technical Resource Executive); we are looking for candidates who have strong communication skills.
1) Communication 8+ on a 10 point scale.
2) Absolutely comfortable to work in Night Shifts.

Job Description
Walk in on 9th and 10th August 2010 (Monday and Tuesday) b/w 10:00AM to 4:00PM
1) Individual should have excellent verbal & written English, and interpersonal communication skills.
2) Individual should be comfortable working on Direct client and Tier-1 Vendor requirements
3) Ability to grasp of commonly used recruiting industry jargon- C2C, 1099, W2, CTH, FTE, etc
4) Ability to understand of common foreign national work authorizations for United States- H1B, L1, EAD, TN, GC etc
5) Ability to demonstrate work experience related to Full Placement Lifecycle (gathering requirements, candidate prospecting, , candidate submission & follow-up, negotiation etc)
6) Ability to write Boolean queries and innovate search terms on commonly used job boards such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
7) High energy level, self-starter and comfortable working in a high-impact workplace with a small group of experienced team.
