Job Description Title: Senior Application Developer / Technical lead/Project Lead

Experience: 3 - 9 years

Qualification: BE/MCA.

Roles and responsibilities:

Understands and follow the Software Development Life Cycle

Construct code according to requirements & standards and performs Code Review

Prepares Test Plan and Test Data Execution of Test and Records Test Results

Builds enterprise architectural and/or infrastructure components

Ensures that applications meet the architectural standards

Desired Profile 3+ years with hands-on experience with J2EE with any framework experience

Strong development skill-set with Java language, Java Script, JSP, Servlets, EJB and Web Services

Excellent knowledge of Design Patterns and Frameworks (Spring, Struts etc)

Experience with WebSphere 6.1 and WebLogic Platform is preferable

Good knowledge of Linux, UNIX and Windows operating systems

Self starter with ability to work independently - Crucial

Should be comfortable in developing UI applications independently

Good communication & analytical skills

Desired Skills:

Experience with AJAX, XSLT, DHTML, Javascript
