Hi,
Currently we are looking for a “Business Analyst for Banking” for our Chennai Center.Required a Candidate who has experience in any of the following areas:
• Retail Banking Liability Products: CASA, Deposits
• Retail Lending (Credit): Loan products End-to-end, Over Drafts, Cash Advances
• Limits & Collateral, Loan origination process, Post disbursement and underwriting
• NPA and Asset Class Provisioning
• Cash Management, Teller Operations
• Funds Transfers and Remittances (including SWIFT)
• Regulatory Compliances
• Risk Management in Retail Banking Operations
• Collateral and Provisioning Methods
• Clearing & Settlement Process, ATM & Credit Cards
• Internet and Channel Banking
• Regulatory Reports / MIS
• Trade Finance with exposure to Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantee.
• General Ledger
• KYC and AML Concepts
• Payments
• Forex Transactions
Preferred Skill Set :
• Exposure in leading requirements analysis and documentation management
• Prior exposure to Knowledge Management and contributions to Banking Practices, Documentation and good resource Training skills
• Hands on Experience in any of the Banking products
(such as Flexcube, Finacle, T24, Bancs, ALS, FinOne, Vision Plus etc…)
• End to end understanding of the products across above domains
• Working exposure in a Global Delivery IT Environment
• Exposure to derive testing solutions (UAT and SIT) for Retail Banking domain
• Participation in System Integration Tests & User Acceptance Testing
• Should have experience on Quality Management.
• Experience in Core Banking Operations and exposure to implementation of Banking Solutions
• Good Communication Written and Verbal and Ability to get consensus and collaboration across many business lines
• On-site experience & Client interaction is highly desirable
• Familiarity with MS-Office Suite Products like PowerPoint and Visio.
• Flexibility to relocate/travel to on-site
Job Profile:
• Coordination between the development team, customers and business analysts to create and interpret functional specifications
• Assisting developers with business requirements and functional specifications to support the implementation of customer requirements
• Unit and Functional testing & Defect Management
• Coordination of program documentation and code delivery
• Take lead in design, delivery and deployment of Knowledge Management initiatives to client requirements
• Interact with different SPOCs across Business Lines to execute Knowledge Management initiatives
Qualification: CA/ICWA/MBA
Experience : Minimum 4 yrs of Banking Operations
