Job Description Dear Candidate,
HCL Technologies is hiring Java,J2ee Professionals for BFSI domain based projects.
Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development Core Java, Ajax, Jquery, Struts, Spring, HIbernate, HTML.( Ajax and Jquery is a must)
Hands on experience in Designing and Implementing Design Patterns
Extensive knowledge in at least 5 design patterns
Hands on experience is estimation & metrics
Experience in managing, leading and guiding a team technically
Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
Knowledge on Quality process implementation
Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
Experience : 3 to 15 Years.
Role : SSE,Project Leads,Technical Leads, APM.
