Need a SAP BI Consultant with 4 years of experience

· Should be able to design and implement technical solutions individually.

· Should have strong written communication skills. The resource should be able to support other team members in writing functional and technical documents.

· Strong development capabilities in BI, BO & BPC

· Working knowledge in the SAP functional areas such as HCM, CRM, SRM & FI.

Skills: SAP HR – ESS / MSS
Need a SAP HR Functional Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience in all of the following areas:

· Involved in setting up of Enterprise Portals for ESS and MSS

· Configuration experience of ESS and MSS for HCM

· Creation of PCR, custom Workflows for ESS & MSS

· Close interaction with Portal to define and set the roles required for integration

· Should possess knowledge on portal users, Roles, Work sets, Pages for ESS.

· Experience in configuring services for ESS and knowledge on creation of ESS roles.

· Strong knowledge on Communication infotype-0105 and relevant ESS options for users / employees.

· Set up the Internet Application Component (IAC) for the `employments and salary verification

· Should possess customizing knowledge on ESS for the workplace for Benefits.

· Should understand configuration of Leave request for ESS and MSS

· Designed custom Web Dynpro based screens for Portal developer to process the MSS performance management.

· Reporting configuration for MSS

· Knowledge of other modules OM, PA & PD

· Must have worked on at least 2-3 ESS implementations; also on 1 support & Enhancement project

· Must have implementation experience for India.

· Should have a certification in SAP HCM

Skill: SAP CRM Technical
Need SAP CRM technical consultant with at least 4 years of experience

· Should have strong development capabilities with all SAP UI technologies: ABAP Webdynpro, ABAP Objects, ABAP and most importantly BSP development.

· Should have knowledge of CRM specific BADIs, RFCs, Function Modules, Webdynpro / Classes, and other SAP services to facilitate customized solutions.

· Should have knowledge of the CRM BSP UIs and how and where to perform customizations specific to the CRM UI.

· Should have design and implementation experience with SAP Smart Forms (adobe).

· Should be able to work with SAP debugger.

· Should possess strong knowledge of the SAP Netweaver technology stack, including PI (XI).

· Should have strong written communication skills. Will support other resources in functional and technical documents.

Skill: SAP ABAP
Should have minimum 2 years of SAP ABAP experience

· Should have worked on Implementation and Enhancement Projects. Experience in Support projects would be an added advantage

· Should have worked on SAP ECC 6.0 system

· Should have worked on Dictionary and RICEF Objects preferably on Adobe Forms else at least Scripts & Smartforms

· Preferably worked on SAP FI/CO modules.

· Should be able to analyze the Functional Specs, create the Technical Specifications and create unit test cases.

· Preferred to have experience/knowledge on NetWeaver Technologies like WebDynpro, Workflow etc.

· Should have excellent communications skills.
