Time: 9 AM to 2 PM

Desired Profile Skill Area: Siebel CRM

Candidates should be well versed with Siebel CRM architecture

· Should be a hands-on in configuration, workflows, multilingual deployments and upgrades

· Should have experience in requirement gathering, gap analysis and providing solutions

· Should have Expertise in Siebel data model and RDBMS concepts

· Experience in functional domains like Retail, Health care and insurance required

· Should have experience in estimation, offering solutions and presales activities

Skill: Siebel Configuration and Workflow

· Candidates should be well versed with Siebel Configuration & Workflows

· Should have good experience in working with BC/Applet User properties, pricing signals, & runtime events

· Should have good understanding of Siebel Data Model

· Should have high competency in Order Management and Pricing

· Should possess good experience in developing Siebel application

· Should have ability to design, develop and validate complex requirements

· Should have experience in implementation and maintenance projects

· Should have ability to lead and mentor team

· Should have ability to work on presales and COE activities

Skill Area: Siebel Upgrade

· Should have good expertise in Siebel Upgrade

· Good Experience in scripting and highly customized application upgrade.

· Hands on experience in upgrade from Siebel 7.x to Siebel 8.xx preferred

· Should have good understanding of Siebel Data Model

· Should have experience in pre and post upgrade tasks.

· Should have experience in upgrade and developing Siebel application

· Should be able to design, develop and validate complex requirements

· Should have experience in implementation projects

· Experience in Upgrade to Siebel 8.2 will have added advantage.

Skill Area: Siebel EAI & Webservices

· Should have expertise in Siebel EAI & Workflows

· Have worked on WebServices

· Should have good understanding of Siebel Data Model

· Should have configured interfaces using third party middleware

Skill Area: Siebel BA

· Should have expertise in Financial domain & Service Modules

· Should have performed Loans & Underwriting implementation, territory management and compensation module implementation.

· Should be Hands on in Siebel for above domains.

· Should be able to do requirement analysis, gap analysis and documentation.

· Should have good understanding of Siebel Architecture for 8.xx versions.
