ROLE DESCRIPTION
1. Qualification a. Essential: BE / B.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical)
b. Desirable: M.Tech (Automobile / Mechanical)
2. Working Experience a. Essential: 8-15 years of relevant experience in Auto /Auto Ancillary Industry.
b. Desirable: Relevant hands on experience of working on Engines.
3. Position Development Engineer Location Gurgaon - Haryana
4. Numbers Required 05
5. Roles & Responsibilities • Carrying out Engine Development Activities and meeting target.
• Conducting mandatory testing for Performance / Emission etc.
• Approve of Test Program
• Schedule tests ,monitor progress and guide engineers
• Record deviations and implement corrections suggested by Skilled
Team Leader
• Analysis of Test results
• Preparation of Test Reports
• Plan Calibration and Maintenance of Equipments
• Review of Calibration data

Knowledge (What the person must know):
• Ideal candidate should have profound knowledge in the area of
Engine Development
• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Engine Testing
Procedures for Combustion / Emission / Performance.
• Should be well conversant with the Test Bed Operating System
(Puma etc.) / Emission Systems , indimaster and calibrating
software and other Test bed Systems.
• Proven track record in academics.
• World wide emission standards
