Job Description for Network Engineer – Level L3 / L2
• Product Knowledge – Cisco Routers, switches, Load Balancers. Riverbed and other Load balancing product knowledge preferred..
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot problems
• Handle deployment functions as requested
• Manages and overseas shift handover process
• Coordinate with CCE third party network vendors and OEMs for incident resolution
• Environment Experience – 3-5 years , Should have handled environments with more than 5000 LAN Users spread across more than 10-20 locations
Required Skills:
• Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.
• Must be open for 24×7 operations
• CCNA, CCNP are a must.

• Product Knowledge – Cisco IPT, IPCC. – Call Managers, Presence servers, Meetme conferencing, IP Phones, Unity voicemail, Conferencing Phones
• Handle escalations and troubleshoot problems
• Handle deployment functions as requested
• Coordinate with CCE third party network vendors and OEMs for incident resolution
• Environment Experience – 3-5 years , Should have handled environments with more than 5000 IPT Users spread across more than 10-20 locations
Required Skills:
• Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.
• Must be open for 24×7 operations
• CCNA / CCVP / C Voice are a must.
