1. Should have 3 to 7yrs of experience in QA/Testing.

2. Performance testing, Engineering, Deep Diagnostics/ Profiling/ Monitoring tools - Load runner/ Performance center/ Open STA/ Jmeter.

3. Considerable skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs, establishing credibility and building relationship with clients.

4. Good experience on test strategy / Test Planning/ Due diligence and Test automation feasibility study.

5. Skill in doing risk analysis and determine test approach to improve the study efficiency.

6. Excellent skill in report generation, Excel macro writing, Defect tracking and monitoring.

7. Skill in analysis, solid decision making and problem solving.

8. Ability to deliver under pressure.

Experience: 3- 6 yrs

Location: Bangalore and Mysore
