Job Responsibility

End to End Recruitment for our direct clients in US

Sourcing and qualifying candidates from job boards like monster & dice, passive sourcing, networking

Scheduling interviews for selected candidates

Rates & Offer negotiations

Offer process & post offer formalities

Night Shifts

Candidate Profile

Graduate/Post Graduate

3+ years of complete US recruitment lifecycle experience
