1. Should be very good in written English and must be able to do high quality documentation and should be able to review documents and code written by Programmers.

2. Should be very good in communication skills and should be able to interact with Overseas Clients in the US.

3. Team management, mentoring and training.

4. Ideal Candidate will be the one who have Excellent Technical Experience in the Past.

5. Must be able to adapt to new Company Processes and make sure the team follows the processes .

6. Must be able to deliver project on time and able to handle various critical situations and come up with a solution.

Job Description

Walkins will be on Saturday 31 July 2010 from 10.30 AM-5 PM

1. Should be able to handle a team of Technical Programmers, Designers, QA testers and Technical Writers.

2. Must have experience in handling a project team of 8-10 Associates and able to deliver project on time.

3. Must have in depth experience Project Management Documents like Effort Estimation Sheet, Milestone Planning, Review Documents, Requirement Documents,Task Allocation Sheets and SRS. Must have used any Project Management Tool for smoother project implementation.

4. Perform project management activities including Requirement gathering and Analyzing, project scheduling, resource allocation, ongoing risk management, ongoing project tracking, Pre Estimation of Project , On Going Re-estimation if Required , Making Sure Timelines are strictly maintained across all the team members , cross –functional issue resolution and regular project status reporting.

5. Candidate having good database knowledge ,.NET Architecture Knowledge and programming knowledge will be highly preferred.

6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and to set priorities and resolve critical issues.
