WE are looking for an IT Recruiter with aleast 1 year of prior experience in IT Hiring.

Strong understanding of various functions/ level w.r.t. IT recruitments.

Adept at sourcing profiles through traditional methods and through social networking, Employee Referrals, Cold calling, Advertising, and internal resume databases.

Pre-qualify the candidates by evaluating technical strengths and career goals through an in-depth technical screening

Coordinate telephone and in person interviews with applicants to further evaluate candidate’s employability.

Working closely with TL / Account Manager to anticipate requirements and identify potential resource pools

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must have a good track record of achieving and should enjoy working in a fast paced and aggressive environment.

Good in working for bulk requirements and handling the drive-ins.

Good team player.
