Job Description-Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
-Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
-Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
-Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
-Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
-Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Desired Candidate Profile-Candiate should be a Graduate; (10+2+3)
-Excellent Communication Skills
-Knowledge of basic computer operations and dial-up connections.
-Flexible with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environment, as needed
-Courteous with strong customer service orientation
Walk in at the following venues for interview between 12PM to 5PM Monday to Saturday :
GURGAON: DLF Atria Jacaranda Marg, DLF City, Phase-II
CONNAUGHT PLACE: 1202, Akashdeep Building, Barakhamba Road (Near Metro Station)
PITAM PURA: 404, B-09 ITL Twin Tower, Netaji Subhash Place, Near Bikanerwala
Note: BE/B.tech freshers are not eligible. However, B.tech/BE graduates with minimum 6 months of BPO experience may apply
Applicants should carry 2 copies of the resume, 3 passport size photographs and all the original certificates for education and employment at the time of the interview.
