* Overall Quality Score for the Team * Process improvement * Attendance and Schedule Adherence * Meeting all the defined KPI’s for them. (Attrition,Productivity,Process Improvement, Quality Parameters) * Ensure that the calls are answered as per procedures * Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met. * Ensure that the quality of the calls is in compliance with predefined parameters. * Identify potential areas for process improvements & highlight the same to the Asstt. Manager. * Compile and Provide the relevant process reports on a on a daily basis. * Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules. * Provide process training to new team members to facilitate their levels of performance, mentor/mentee relationship. |
| Desired Profile | - Candidate should have at least 1-3 years of experience as Team Leader in any gaming or web based process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Candidate should be confident and should posses good personality -Must have interest in web based games or online gaming. |
