Job Description

SE/ SSE/ AE / AC will interface with customers to troubleshoot and resolve issues over phone.

Their primary objective is to resolve all customer issues over phone during the first contact by leveraging all available tools and resources.

To ensure customer satisfaction for the service rendered.

To perform floor support for all new hires on need basis and ensure disseminating of proper knowledge to all floor agents.

To maintain high-level adherence to policies and procedures.

Experienced Candidates can Walk - in between 10am to 6pm on week days.

Desired Candidate Profile

Quality focus, result & goal orientation in a group situation, and commitment to customer delight are a must

Basic Knowledge in Networking and Hardware

Willing to relocate to the work site in case from another location

Willing to work in night shifts

Willing to provide 24/7 support

Professional attitude and a passion for gaining technology
