Identifies prospective candidates by telephone, e-mail and the Internet to determine skills, experience, preferences and availability.
Search resumes in various available Job Portals.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate’s experience and meets requirement.
Match the profile of the candidate on technical and behavioral grounds.
Conducts initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure candidate is available and ready to take up the position.
Negotiates salaries with candidates and negotiates pay rates with subcontracting companies and close the position.
Submit the qualified candidates to assigned clients.
