• Any Graduate
• Good people management skills & analytical skills.
• Selling skills & Logical, basic computer knowledge, good written and verbal communication.
• Prior experience as a Team leader for 1yr is must
• Responsible for the Team Performance on parameters like Attendance, productivity & Quality
• Complete ownership of Team Attrition
• Coming up with new ideas to sell
• Giving Feedback to the CRO’s on the ways to Improve Productivity / Quality
• Update and maintain Production/Quality reports and submit to the Supervisor / Manager
• Identify process improvement opportunities and reporting the same to the Supervisor
• Monitoring the Call Queues and CRO’s break management Taking care of team’s absenteeism data / Performance
• Taking care of team’s absenteeism data / Performance
• Conduct briefings to the team on daily update
