POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Associate - Networking is responsible for providing expert-level diagnosis troubleshooting for Cisco, Nokia, Nortel & Juniper based customer networks. Will also be responsible for planning, performing and verifying a wide variety of customer moves-adds-changes (MACs) as well as the support of network design or redesign initiatives for new and/or existing clients. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Network Associate will be responsible for any one or a combination of the following: resolving complex routing issues; isolating network configuration issues Firewall issues (Device versus Transport-Carrier issues); installation and configuration of customer networks, providing support to transport, circuit and/or security systems outages and related events. The Network Engineers may be required to prepare written documentation for customer deliverables, such as root cause analysis and statements of work, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Cisco CCNP certification or higher.
10 years experience working in medium to large networking environments using BGP, OSPF and/or EIGRP,QOS,VPN,TCP/IP,WAN, LAN,SNMP, ATM. Frame Relay, STP routing protocols.
Must have experience with Sniffer traces Omni peak, Wire Shark etc
Demonstrated expertise in advanced troubleshooting procedures in working physical and logical problems with customized MPLS, multi-link and frame networks as well as routers, switches VPN concentrators and firewalls.
In depth experience in Cisco Routing And Switching, multiple models of routers
and switches Cisco IOS minimum CCNP certification
Knowledge of (Client/Customer Wide Area Networks)
Experience with technical help desk troubleshooting

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Network Associate will ideally be responsible for following: Troubleshooting day to day windows server issues, supporting Exchange 2003 environment, patching, Server firmware and driver updates, monitoring alerts, installation various tools and software as per the requirement or request.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally the selected candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
Microsoft Certification is a PLUS.
Candidate must possess high troubleshooting skills on Windows OS

POSITION SUMMARY:
The SQL Server DBA should be able to provide expert level diagnosis on day to day Databasea activities. Will be involved in On-call and weekend on-call. The DBA will be responsible for managing a healthy database environment and should be an expert in troubleshooting critical Production Issues. The DBA should take ownership of the activites and should be able to work independently. The DBA should be well versed in replication, database backups, database restore, SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005, SQL Server 2008, clustering, replication and database partitions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The selected candidate should be part of Database Support Team. He should be incolved in the on-call on a 24 * 7 rotation basis. The candidate should be well versed in SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008. The DBA should be involved in supporting the database, applying the latest patches, reindexing the databases, purging old data. The DBA should work with the application end users and perform the database changes related to the application. The DBA should also be involved in Problem Management and resolve major issues. If need arises, the DBA should work with Vendors to resolve critical production issues.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ideally the selected candidate will have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of technical training and experience.
Expertise in SQL Server 2000, SQL Server 2005 and SQL Server 2008.
Ability to perform Database Backup and restore thru Veritas environment.
Experience in using Veritas Backup Software.
· Able to work on SQL Server clusters and expertise in clustering technology.
Proactively Manage Database file growth and resolve the issue.
Involve in on-call rotation and be part of maintaining the database environment 24 * 7.
