Working experience in technical voice support is mandatory.
-Good Verbal and Written skills

-Call control both inbound and outbound
-Situation handling on calls
-Basics of technology - L1 Support (Presales/Postsales)
1. OS -Windows/Linux/UNIX support
2. Networking components, etc -Willing to work in shifts
-ITIL knowledge advantage
-Good Analytical & logical skills
-Eagerness to learn
-Positive attitude & approach
-Team player
-Good Knowledge of quality & process
Eligibility :
Graduates/ Post Graduates (BE, B.Tech, BCA, BSc, BBM / ME, M.Tech, MCA, MSc, MBA )
Candidates with Diploma can Apply - But Need to be 10 +2 +3.
Arts Graduates are however not eligible.
