• Experience of testing process, test tools, creation and understanding of testing artifacts like test scenario, test case etc.

• Good knowledge of test life cycle and defect life cycle.

• Experience in Quality Center or any test management tool.

• Good Analytical skills to comprehend business requirements and convert them to test cases, independently

• Execute test scripts and record results using Defect Management Tool.

• Ability to follow a test script precisely.

• Fair knowledge of database with good command over data query language (SQL).

• Reports to the Test Coordinator.

• Methodical, thorough, and detail oriented approach to testing.

• Familiarity with business process and ability to quickly understand new procedures.

• Clear and complete written communication (like documenting issues).

• Experience with system design or implementation an asset.

• Experience in Telecom Domain and Telecom Provisioning Systems are preferred.

Desired Profile • Should have excellent communication skills & prior knowledge of handling overseas clients.

• Should be a team player and be able to handle team and work, independently.

• Should have learning attitude.

• Solid problem solving skills and ability to focus both strategically and tactically to achieve business goals.

• Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with all departments and levels within the organization.
