Satyam Venture Engineering Services is conducting walk-ins at BANGALORE on 21st and 22nd AUGUST’10 between 9.30 AM to 5.30 PM to identify potential candidates for the organization at CHENNAI and HYDERABAD. Relevant candidates can directly walkin to the venue. No travel reimbursements will be provided for walkins.

1)Analyst/ Sr.Analyst / Specialist
Experience : 2-7 yrs.
Location : HYDERABAD
Qualification : M. Tech/M.E or B. Tech/B.E
Tool Skills : Hypermesh with Abaqus, Nastran, LS-Dyna and or Marc
Domain Experience:
Should be well versed with full vehicle crash simulation with Lsdyna. Knows USNCAP & EURONCAP regulations and simulations of these load cases. Should be able to independently run the simulations and analyse the results.
2)Analyst / Sr.Analyst
Experience : 2-6 yrs.

Domain Experience:
1)Shall have 3 - 5years of seating specific domain experience. He shall have hands on experience and shall be able to perform seating simulations, able to handle air bags and dummies and to suggest improvements. OR
2)3-5 years Crash specific domain experience and should have worked for an OEM. Proficient with Abaqus explicit/ LS Dyna
4) Analyst / Sr.Analyst
Experience : 2-6 yrs.
Location : CHENNAI
Qualification : M. Tech/M.E or B. Tech/B.E

Domain Experience:
expertise in Durability & NVH Analysis
Analysis using Abaqus / Nastran
Preparing reports based on the analysis results
Post Processing and Report preparation
Good Leadership skills
Strong communication and powerpoint presentation skills.
6)Sr.Specialist or Asst. Project Manager(CAE)
Experience : 8-12 yrs.
Location : CHINA
Qualification : M. Tech/M.E or B. Tech/B.E
Skills and experience
1. Being able to speak very good English or Chinese;
2. Cars, engines, mechanical and other related professional degree;
3. With the mainstream of three-dimensional CAD software application skills, the mainstream of CAE analysis software capabilities;
4. With a rich experiences in automotive industry CAE evaluation and analysis;
5. With ability to advance the development of whole CAE team;
6. It is better to be familiar with the Ford development system knowledge as well as Ford Motor test norms and standards.
7)Analytical capability related to Moldflow:
Experience : 8-12 yrs.

Qualification : M. Tech/M.E or B. Tech/B.E
Skills and experience
• Moldflow or Moldex3D
• Interior Plastic panels, especially Hard Trim
• Key metric is PD weight reduction
• Analyze flow & pack, cooling & warp.
• Analyst will work with D&R Engineers, Ford tooling specialists, and Tool shops.
• Desired: Highly Skilled (8-10 years) analysis experience, with time worked in tool shops.
