Job Description for Security Administrator – Level L2 / L3
Hands on Experience in FW, IDS, Antivirus, VPN Concentrator
Good Analytical and Desktop Troubleshooting skills
Good Knowledge on Nokia, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Juniper FW, Symantec ESM, RSA ACE Server, Blue Coat Proxy, Sygate Firewall etc
Knowledge/Experience - ITIL process
Hands on Experience on Firewall, IDS/IPS, Antivirus and Vulnerability Assessment
Adhere the policies/processes laid for the project
Process Documentation
Ensuring the SLA’s are met (SLA’s related to Monitoring, Management, Alerting, Reporting)
Participate in Customer Review Meetings
Required Skills:
• Should have good communication and customer interaction skills.
• Global exposure in large environments would be preferred.
• Must be open for 24×7 operations
• CCNA / CCSA / CCSE / JNCIA would be preferred
