| Job Description | i) Team Member
The Customer Service Leveraged Team (SLT) roles will be responsible for completing defined tasks per a documented work process in support of the order fulfillment process. The team members will partner with business partners on activities related to commercial order management activities. Incumbents are responsible for ensuring quality entry and management of customer and transactional data across selected systems. The role provides integral information to others in the organization as required to provide the desired service level to our customers.
Education: Any graduate except BE/B Tech Candidates with experience in any industry can apply. Candidate should have excellent communication/Result orientation/Customer orientation. 1 - 3 years in Relevant experience. Willingness to work in Night shifts. (BE/ Btech) are not eligible.

Primary Responsibilities: Execute SAP transactions Work within the ACE (Accelerating Customer Excellence, SAP interface) Tool Participate in maintenance of team functional mailbox Process new order entry scenario requests and set up for such in all related systems (ACE, SAP R2) Process an order audit (Clean Order Review) Manage change orders and rush Resolve open orders and post goods issues Partner with internal and external business partners, such as Customer Interface Specialists, Logistics, Plants, Warehouses and Supply Chain Planners, Freight Forwarders, Banks, Documentation Provider Manage Rush orders and escalate issues to avoid customer impact (shut-down) Field cost requests such as plant overtime approval, and freight expediting Extensive Real time Order ChecK activity and ROCK resolution Prioritize activities based on business demands
