JAVA / J2EE:
Experience : 4 - 8 yrs
Designation : SSE / TL / Sr.TL
Analyze the Java/J2EE requirements given by the customer and perform Coding and Unit Testing accordingly.
Extensive experience in Enterprise Application Development (J2EE)
Hands on experience in JSP, Servlets, Struts and EJB
Knowledge in BFSI Domain is preferred
Excellent analytical and problem solving approach
Knowledge on Quality process implementation
Strong customer interaction skills / Client facing skills
Very good communication skills (Written & Oral)
Sybase-SQL experts :
Experience : 4 - 8 yrs
Designation : SSE / TL / Sr.TL
Should have good analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Should have very good experience in SQL Development
Should be good in SQL & Sybase statements, queries, stored procedures and triggers.
Should possess good oral and written communication skills.
Preferably should have knowledge in Performance tuning and/or query optimization
Exposure on maintenance/Support project of around 1-1/2 years is preferred
Exposure to Perl or Unix Shell Scripting is an added advantage
Unix/ Perl Shell scripting experts:
Experience : 4 - 8 yrs
Designation : SSE / TL / Sr.TL
Unix and Linux systems development of a large scale installation
Unix Systems Design
Development in Perl
Development in SQL
Oracle/Unix professionals:
Experience : 4 - 8 yrs
Designation : SSE / TL / Sr.TL

STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF RDMS CONCEPTS
EXPERT IN SQL, PL/SQL & UNIX LANGUAGE
EXPERT IN WRITING COMPLEX PACKAGES, STORED PROCEDURE, TRIGGERS, PL/SQL SCRIPTS
EXPERIENCE IN SQL, PL/SQL TUNING
EXPERIENCE IN CONVERTING FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS INTO ORACLE APPLICATION SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT
EXPOSURE TO SCRIPTING IN UNIX/LINUX AND WINDOWS SERVER OS
UNDERSTAND DATA MODEL/SCHEMA AND DEVELOP APPLICATIONS USING IT.
