Role: Process Associate / Sr. Associate

Educational Qualification: Graduation (Any Discipline)/Diploma (10+2+3)

Work Location: iGATE, Bangalore

• Should have experience of1 year or more in a voice process (inbound customer service / query resolution or outbound collections / customer service) interacting with US residents.

• Candidates with exposure to US residential mortgage are preferred.

• Ideal candidates should be someone with experience working in a voice function.

• Flexibility to work during the night hours (shifts could be anytime between 5 PM IST to 6 AM IST).

• Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Should have good analytical skills and presence of mind to handle various scenarios while interacting with customers.

•Should be able to understand US culture and should be able to comprehend and respond accordingly to US residents.Job Profile:

• The job entails the person to make welcome calls to customers (loan applicant / borrower) of a leading US mortgage lender. The selected candidate is expected to communicate the status of the borrower’s loan or mortgage application and guide the borrower through the process of Loan Approval. As part of the welcome call the selected candidate is also expected to inform the borrower of the documentation pending in order for the application to be processed.

• The candidate will also be expected to answer all queries of the Loan Applicant on his/her application. In all the touch points with the borrower it is expected that candidate should conduct the interaction in such a manner that the client’s customer is satisfied and the image of the Lender (Client Organization) is enhanced.

•The candidate is also expected to complete the processing on the Loan Processing system of the client based on their interaction with the borrower/applicant and the data gathered. Ensure that each loan application/file is processed within the required timelines and SLA’s defined for the process.Specifications:
