Job Description :
1. Receiving inquiries, complaints, comments and requests from Customers by means of telephone calls which are : a) generated from toll and toll ? free telephone numbers on product packaging, advertisements or other media and other sources and b) received by the network and routed to the Supplier Service Desk.
2. Responding to Customer inquiries, complaints, comments and requests based on applicable scripts.
3. Responding to applicable Customer inquiries using as on-line HTML reference manual, accessible to CSP?s and other designated Supplier personnel, designated personnel, and third parties designated.
4. Responding to, forwarding, or escalating applicable Customer inquiries, comments, requests, and complaints, pursuant to the procedures.
5. Receiving and handling calls from retailers.
6. As requested , making outbound calls for Customer follow-up related to Customer Relations services only.
7. Upon request and based upon mutual agreement of the parties, analyzing and delivering to recommendations regarding :
a) Script modifications, b) Updates to the data collected related to customer information c) Modifications of reporting criteria and format related to Supplier?s performance of the Services d) Network and Technology optimization.
