Responsibilities/Authorities:

•The agent should have good customer service skill with neutral accent, should have knowledge of basic troubleshooting. The agent should have the ability to use the applications and tools appropriately, and should login for a schedule of 9 hrs. The agent needs to meet the SLA’s specified by the client by exceeding the client and corporate expectation on service, quality and cost. This needs to be followed with delighting their customers and work in conjunction with the Accenture global BPO delivery centre network.

Work experience: 1 - 4 years of experience in Customer Support Voice Process industry with the following skills,

•Excellent Communication skills

•Excellent customer servicing skills

•Prior experience in international BPO/Callcenter would be an added advantage

•Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift (precisely NIGHT shift)

Documents to be carried:

•Copy of All education documents ( Degree, Mark Sheets, Certificates )

•Copy of Previous experience letter ( Offer Letter & Relieving Letter - OPTIONAL )

•2 Passport Size Photograph

•Copy of Updated Resume

•Photo ID Proof - Pan Card or Driving License or any other photo ID proof.
