Job Description Architect
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 to 10 years experience in systems development including three years in an Engineer or Systems Specialist role.
• Strong knowledge of Java
• Knowledge of OO design patterns, refactoring and unit testing
• In depth knowledge of end-to-end Systems Development Life Cycles (including waterfall, iterative or other modern approaches to software development
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems in creative ways
• Strong written and oral communications skills
Sr.Architect
Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline. Post-graduate education desired
• Minimum of ten (10) years experience in systems development including three years in an Engineer or Systems Specialist role. Post-graduate education desired
? Five or more years working in a distributed and heterogeneous computing environment (zOS, UNIX, Windows).
? Five or more years demonstrated experience in working with relational (and/or hierarchical) databases.
? Five or more years demonstrated experience in modern software application technologies.
• Demonstrated understanding of object-oriented analysis & design, and experience communicating static and dynamic models with Unified Modeling Language (UML).
• Demonstrated understanding of architecture models.
• Ability to work both independently and lead junior architects
• Demonstrated experience architecting large scale systems
• Strong written and oral communications skills
