Openings for TAJ International Hotel Reservations Process @ TCS BPO
Job Description We are now looking for:Bright and Dynamic Females / Males
For the role of Team Members for Hotel Reservation Process for Taj International
Taj is a 24 X 7 process. Job is affiliated with hotel reservation.
Apart from reservation, job is also affiliated with answering to the emails of the customers.
As this is an inbound process, associates have to at least answer to 70-80 calls per day.
All the transactions are recorded into a reservation software, where all the calculations are automated. Since it’s a 24 x 7 process, candidates have to be flexible with night shifts which are only once a week. Apart from daily job of attending the calls, associate also have been assigned some additional responsibilities. Associates also have to answer to the complaints of the customers.
Eligibility:
Candidates must possess excellent communication skills
Depending upon the skill sets, candidates have been allocated a particular job, viz
a) Customers– Where they have to communicate with the customers
b) Direct Guest- Where they have to directly communicate with the guest
Desired Profile Qualifications
Min 08 months of work experience is a ” MUST ”
Full Time Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Arts, Commerce, Management, Science
Correspondence Graduates are not eligible.
Break in career and education for more then 2 years is not eligible
Candidates who have attended the selection process in the last 6 months (either selected-not-joined or rejected) will not be eligible.
