Job Description :
Positions : Network Engineers
Skills:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues on LAN/WAN/Firewall/VPN areas
- Co-ordinate with vendors and service providers (carriers) in resolving the Trouble
- Ensure adherence to processes and procedures while carrying out the above tasks
- Should have knowledge on NMS tools, ticketing tools
- Experience working with international customers is a PLUS
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Cisco Call Manager , Unity Server , Gateway & Gatekeeper
- Good to have experience in IPCC , ICM and Cluster
Security
-CCNA Certification
-Exposure on IPS , IDS , PIX & Security Concepts
-Added CCSP,CCIQ
Experience:3 - 8 Years
