Position:
1. At least 6+ of Experience in designing and developing multiple or all parts of a large distributed design including UI design & development (preferably Web based products/applications).
2. Experience in applying basic data structures and algorithms.
3. Excellent skills in online technologies like Webservices, SOAP, and client-side programming techniques like Struts, AJAX , Dojo.
4. Can learn and implement new technologies/open source products quickly and Effectively.
5. Experience in test design development, particularly leveraging automated test data generation techniques is helpful.
6. Bringing industry accepted best practices of product design & architecture to bear and setting the trail of technical excellence in project execution
7. Solid understanding of software product lifecycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products.
