The candidate will be responsible for end to end hiring for the candidates as per the requirement. Tele-calling, Short listing, Follow-ups, and lining up.
· Analyze and understand the requirements received from the clients
· Source candidates from database or through referrals, head hunting, forums and job portals,
Interview them over phone to ascertain their reliability, personality and suitability
· Negotiate the terms
· Coordinate with the candidate and the clients in all stages of recruitment like, interview, selection and joining.
· Submit periodical reports and update database regularly
· Learn and update self on technical advancements and ideas in the IT arena regularly by continual research.
