Job Description:
Graduates with excellent voice skills - comfortable in speaking to UK customers may or may not have previous experience. Preference must be given to the candidates with an background of inbound customer services.
Excellent Verbal Communication skills is a must .
Typing speed >40 WPM
Agents will need to worm in shift - current requirement is between 1pm to 11pm interchangeable with 5pm to 2am Monday through Saturdays
