Roles & Responsibilities
-Taking requirements from Team Leader, sourcing of right profiles from portals / referencing / headhunting / Employee Referrals
- Understanding the requirement ; Understanding of the organization and market and communicate to the prospective candidate
-Maintain a good source mix as per guidelines – explore alternate channels of sourcing
-Evaluating the CV based on the skill requirement – first level evaluation
-Participate in the reviews -Maintain SLA on number of offers per week / per month
-Participate in the technical interviews to increase the hit ratio
Work Location : Bangalore
Terms of Engagement : Rolling Contract
