Walk-In for an Interview, from 14th Sep to 18th Sep 2009 (except for Sat & Sun) from 10Am to 5Pm .. Provide First - level Technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools. Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines. Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools. Identify and provide input on unique or recurring customer problems. Be a champion Client specific tools, Customer Care Procedures. Provide Microland Solution Network feedback at all times. Freshers - Graduates of any discipline for e.g: B.A, BCom, BSc, BE, BTech, BCA/ any Diplome Holders for e.g: ITI, Polytechnic etc (10+2 / 10+3 )may apply. Basics of Computers including Operating Systems, hardware and internet. Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification / CCNA or MCSC Certification will be added advantage. Exposure to technical support trouble shooting in international call centers will be an added advantage. Age limit 20-29 yrs.
