1.Manager and Supervise the related region;

2.Arrange the sites routine check plans for Subcontractors ;

3.Monitor and manage the performance of the Suncon maintenance team;

4.Supervise and evaluate the performance of network operation and maintenance team;

5.Perform quality inspection: analyze, test, and check the running status of the network, and propose improvement measures;

6.Manage network operation documentation;

7.Organize technical trainings;

8.Report to MS Manager;
