Job Description
Job Purpose : System Administration, Trouble Shooting On LAN, IT Hardware Related , Servers, PCs, Portables,
Storage, Networking, Antivirus, Patch management, Printers and Scanners, Ability to interact with team members cross-functionally, Ability to handle pressure.
Key Responsibility Areas
1.Installation,Configuration, Maintenance & Troubleshooting of server (Windows), Active Directory , PC, Laptop, Printer, Antivirus, Patch Updatation , WSUS Server administration, Backup device, LAN, VLAN, Basic Networking (IP Range, Subnet, Ping, Tracert, Routing,Cabling)
2. Experience in large-scale networks, Server, PC Customer Support and internet-related networking technologies
4 Coordination with Helpdesk, or Other Vendor to solve the problems like Voice and Data connectivity and new installation requests
5. Guidance to Tech Support engg
7.Good knowledge of Windows server, active Directory,WSUS Server, Proxy Server, LAN IP Configuration, Troubleshooting, VPN concepts and configuration Hardware Components worked with:- Cat5e Cable, I/O’s, Jack Panels, Patch Panels, Face Plates, Installation of Network & Network Rack Installation, LAN Structured cabling

Functional / Behavioral
Installation, Configuration & Troubleshooting Windows based server, PC
Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

Production environment experience
CCNA Certification is a must.
BPO Experience Preferred.
Network engineer/System administrator for last 2 years. Total experience 4 years
